Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR INDEPENDENTLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED FREQUENTLY AND OFTEN, IT WOULD STALL WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 86,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 111,465. *TR
