Consumer Description

THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE OF THE SUB FRAME HAS EXCESSIVE CORROSION (ROT) AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND THE CAR HAS BEEN ENTIRELY DEALER MAINTAINED AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED FREQUENTLY. I DISCOVERED THE CORROSION WHILE CHANGING THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE. DEALER INFORMED ME THE CAR WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AS THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE WOULD EVENTUALLY COLLAPSE OR FALL OFF. THE PROBLEM WAS REPORTED TO ACURA AND ACURA WOULD NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE. THE CAR WAS REPAIRED AND I AM IN POSSESSION OF THE ROTTED SUB-FRAME. OTHER THAN THE ROTTED SUB-FRAME, THE CAR DOES NOT EXHIBIT ANY RUST OR CORROSION. *TR
