TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER SHIFTING FROM REVERSE AND INTO DRIVE, THERE WAS A LOUD EXPLOSION SOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTICS HOWEVER, THE CAUSE OF FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REPORTED TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 14,000.
