Consumer Description

MY COMPLAINT IS TOWARDS THE TOYOTA MOTOR COMPANY FOR FAILING TO IDENTIFY A PROBLEM THEY HAVE HAD WITH LEAKING STRUTS. AFTER SPEAKING WITH TOYOTA, I LEARNED THAT TOYOTA ENGINEERS HAVE DEEMED A SLIGHT LEAK OK AND THEY WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL CARS AND HAD TO REPLACE LEAKING SHOCKS AND STRUTS BECAUSE IT JUST GETS WORSE AND CAUSES TIRE WEAR WHICH IN MY OPINION WOULD LEAD TO A SAFETY ISSUE. IT IS NOT MY INTENT TO BAD MOUTH TOYOTA, HOWEVER THEY HAVE TAKEN A CAREFREE APPROACH TO THIS PROBLEM WHICH CONCERNS ME. THANK YOU *TR
