TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 ACURA TSX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN HE DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND NOTICED THE VEHICLE WAS HESITANT TO ACCELERATE. THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 300. *TR
