Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500 SD. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING UPHILL AT APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH WHEN THE ENGINE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THEY REPLACED THE COMPUTER SYSTEM MODULE. THE FAILURE RECURRED THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REPAIRED A SECOND TIME FOR THE SAME DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 119,000.
