WIRING HARNESS ON LOW BEAM PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT FAILED (SHORTED OUT), CAUSING VISIBILITY ISSUES WHILE DRIVING. THIS SAME ISSUE HAS OCCURRED ON THE CHARGER POLICE CARS AND DODGE HAS ISSUED A RECALL FOR THEM, BUT THE PASSENGER CARS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. *TR
