Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F250 SD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WERE EXHAUST FUMES INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS AN OBSTRUCTED EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION COOLER CORD. THE EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION COOLER CORD WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,900.
