TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SEAT FRACTURED AND ROCKED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRACKET FOR THE DRIVER SEAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 97,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 119,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *TR
