INSIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR HAS BECOME DISCOLORED AND UNABLE TO SEE CLEARLY FROM. KNOWN ISSUE BY MANUFACTURE BUT ONLY REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. THIS STANDARD SPECIFIES REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERFORMANCE AND LOCATION OF REARVIEW MIRRORS. S2. PURPOSE.
