TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 KIA OPTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE WOULD SURGE FORWARD AND THE ENGINE RPMS INCREASED TO 6000. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOOR MAT WAS NOT SOURCE OF THE SURGING. THE CONTACT DID NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER OR MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS.
