TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AS THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED, THE PRIVATE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE HARMONIC BALANCER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
