TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 SUBARU LEGACY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER, THE BRAKES SEIZED AND ALL OF THE WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY ADVISED THAT HE HAD USED BAD GASOLINE FUEL IN THE TANK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. *TR
