Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE VIOLENTLY AND WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING STABILIZER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TWICE FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 30,000. *TR
