Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED AS THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOOSE POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THEY STATED THAT CYLINDER TWO HAD MISFIRED AND THE CYLINDER HEAD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,314.
