AS I WAS BRAKING WHILE APPROACHING AN ANGLED PARKING SPACE THE CAR WOULD NOT STOP. THE CAR ACCELERATED, CROSSED THE SIDEWALK AND HIT A CONCRETE BUILDING. THE AIR BAGS WERE DEPLOYED. THE INSURANCE ADJUSTOR DECLARED THE CAR TOTALED. *TR
