Consumer Description

TL-THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SOMEONE INFORMED HIM THAT HIS ALARM HAD WENT OFF. THE CONTACT WENT TO TURN THE ALARM OFF AND NOTICED THAT THE LIGHTS WERE NOT FLASHING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WENT TO THE VEHICLE THE NEXT MORNING AND NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE CONTACT BROUGHT A NEW BATTERY BUT THAT DID NOT SOLVE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HAD TO HAVE THE NEW BATTERY JUMPED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THEY STATED THAT THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. AP
