TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING A LEFT TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE CONTACT HEARD A POPPING SOUND IN THE STEERING COLUMN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000. *TR
