Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD F150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN OVERPOWERING ODOR OF GASOLINE FUEL INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY RECALL CAMPAIGNS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
