Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH. THE FAILURE WAS EXPERIENCED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE FAILURE. THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC BUT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A FAILURE CODE. THE DEALER REPLACED A SENSOR. THE CONTACT WAS UNSURE OF WHICH SENSOR WAS REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
