TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE HAD TO CHANGE ALL FOUR TIRES 3 TIMES IN UNDER 40,000 MILES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,505 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE 40,000.
