Consumer Description

WHILE TRAVELING ON THE INTERSTATE AT 60MPH ALL OF A SUDDEN THE GPS FROZE, RADIO TURNED OFF AND CLIMATE CONTROL BUTTONS BECAME NON FUNCTIONING. UNABLE TO USE ANY BUTTONS TO CONTROL CLIMATE, RADIO AND GPS. UNABLE TO USE DEFROST BUTTON. AFFECTED VISIBILITY AND HAD TO PULL OVER. TOOK IT TO DEALER AND SAID IT WAS KNOWN ISSUE AND RADIO CONTROLS CLIMATE AND GPS AND NEED TO REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT. *TR
