Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 70 MPH OVER A ROAD BUMP, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE CONTACT DECELERATED TO 30 MPH BEFORE THE SHAKING WOULD CEASE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHERE THE STEERING COLUMN AND SHOCKS WERE REPLACED HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER ADVISED HIM THAT THERE SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE BUT ALSO ADVISED HAVING ADDITIONAL COMPONENT REPLACED. THE CONTACT DID NOT DISCLOSE OF THE EXACT REPAIR RECOMMENDATIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FURTHER REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 129,000.
