TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 NISSAN AMARDA. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO ACCESS THE REAR LIFTGATE; HOWEVER, IT FAILED TO OPEN DUE TO THE FAULTY REAR DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,100.
