Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE SERVICE WHEN HE WAS ADVISED THAT THE REAR AND FRONT OF THE SUB-FRAME WAS COMPLETELY RUSTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 112,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 115,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
