Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER PT CRUISER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT EVENTUALLY TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A MECHANIC AND WAS TOLD THAT THE 02 SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTROLS THAT ADJUSTED THE FRONT DRIVER'S SEAT WOULD FRACTURE CONTINUOUSLY AND WAS REPLACED TWICE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN, BUT THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 78,000.
