THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED FOR THE FAILURE, OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT AWARE OF WHAT CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
