Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF A MANUFACTURER'S RECALL THAT WAS RELATED TO A DEFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE WAITED TWO MONTHS TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS HOWEVER, THEY REFUSED TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS AND STATED THAT THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS HAD ALREADY BEEN SURPASSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000. UPDATED 01/10/13*LJ
