Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN PATHFINDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL GAUGE WOULD PROVIDE INACCURATE FUEL LEVEL READINGS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WOULD ADD GASOLINE TO THE VEHICLE BUT THE FUEL GAUGE WOULD READ EMPTY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THEY STATED THAT FUEL LEVEL SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 135,000.
