THE HEAD RESTRAINT WILL NOT LET ME SIT UP COMFORTABLY. IT PUSHES MY HEAD FORWARD CAUSING NECK PAIN. CAN'T JUST LEAN SEAT BACK MORE AS SOME SUGGEST. THAT WOULD JUST DECREASE THE INADEQUATE BACK SUPPORT IN THE SEAT EVEN FURTHER! *TR
