Consumer Description
I WAS DRIVING MY 2010 FUSION DOWN THE HIGHWAY WHEN THE CAR BEGAN TO LOSE POWER AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THE RPM'S INCREASED WHEN I PRESSED THE GAS PEDAL, BUT THE CAR CONTINUED TO SLOW DOWN. LUCKILY, I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER TO THE SHOULDER. AFTER SHUTTING THE CAR OFF AND WAITING A MINUTE, I WAS ABLE TO RESTART AND CONTINUE WITH NO ISSUES. IT HAPPENED AGAIN 2 DAYS LATER. AFTER RUNNING A GOOGLE SEARCH, I FOUND THAT THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER FUSION OWNERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE. I HOPE FORD IS ABLE TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. *TR
