Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE Y CONNECTER FOR THE HEATER FAILED, CAUSING THE HEATER HOSE TO LEAK COOLANT. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER WHO INSPECTED THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE HOSE AND THE Y FITTING. THE DEALER DID NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT REPAIRED THE HOSE INDEPENDENTLY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,506.
