TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HUMMER H3. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER HITCH RECEIVER FRACTURED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AND THEY INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 107,000.
