TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE LIFTING THE VEHICLE USING THE PROVIDED JACK (SERIAL NUMBER: D4756386AB) THE ARM OF THE JACK BENT, CAUSING IT TO SLIDE FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE WHILE LIFTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 18,064.
