Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, SHE TRIED TO OPEN THE REAR SLIDING DOOR AND THE DOOR COULD NOT BE OPENED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 122,000. THE CONSUMER STATED THE SLIDING DOOR WAS INOPERATIVE. IT WOULD CLOSE ON HER OR HER KIDS AT ANY GIVEN TIME. UPDATED 12/18/12
