Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, AFTER ACCELERATING THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE AND LUNGED FORWARD BEFORE THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE ENGINE WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED AT ALL THE TIME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 126,000.
