Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN HE ENGAGED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL THE VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD AND THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. HE WAS FORCED TO SHIFT GEARS IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING NOR WAS THE MANUFACTURER NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
