TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RUNNING BOARDS WERE TOO NARROW AND SLIPPERY, CAUSING HER TO SLIP WHEN TRYING TO ENTER THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHENEVER IT RAINED OR SNOWED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. A DEALER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 11,860.
