Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, HE OPENED THE REAR WINDOWS AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE WITH A DEAFENING NOISE. THE CONTACT FELT LIKE HE WAS LOSING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED BUT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED TO OPERATE IN THAT MANNER AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 3,800. UPDATED 10/11/12*LJ
