Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE STRATUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, SHE APPLIED THE BRAKES BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT DECELERATE, CAUSING HER TO CRASH INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY A LOCAL POLICE OFFICER WHO STATED THAT THERE APPEARED TO BE A DEFECTIVE BRAKE LINE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY A MECHANIC OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 129,565.
