TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 GMC ENVOY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW, COULD NOT BE OPENED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE MASTER WINDOW SWITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,404 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 88,536.
