Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA CRV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER AND REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LOCKS WERE INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE THE DOOR LOCKS WERE AUTOMATIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOORS WOULD LOCK AS SOON AS THEY WERE OPENED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 135,000.
