TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH THE ENGINE RPMS DECREASED BY 300 AND BRAKING DECREASED NOTICEABLY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT HE HAD TO APPLY EXCESSIVE PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO PERFORMED THE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN REPAIR UNDER NHTSA ITEM NUMBER: 10042602 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE) WHICH INCLUDED RE-FLASHING THE COMPUTER.
