Consumer Description
THE BIKE STALLS WHEN YOU SLOW DOWN AND GO TO SHIFT INTO A LOWER GEAR. IT HAS DONE IT NUMEROUS TIMES AND IS VERY DANGEROUS ON A MOTORCYCLE. THIS BIKE WAS RE-SOLD BY BMW AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. BMW'S FIX DIDN'T WORK, THE BIKE IS STILL STALLING. THE BIKE HAS NOW BEEN AT THE DEALER FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEY CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. THEY JUST KEEP REPLACING RANDOM PARTS TO TRY AND CORRECT IT. THIS IS A SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS ISSUE THAT BMW NEEDS TO ADDRESS CORRECTLY OR SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET KILLED. MY GUESS IS THE MAPPING UNIT FOR THE BIKE ISN'T MAPPED CORRECTLY AND THEY NEED TO DESIGN ONE THAT IS OR CAN BE ADJUSTED PROPERLY. *TR
