Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STARTED TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOUR TIMES IN WHICH THEY REPAIRED THE UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS, CONTROL ARMS, BUSHINGS, AND THE TIE RODS. THE DEALER STATED THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,493 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 56,078.
