Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN AURA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, SHE NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SHIFT GEARS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 90,000. UPDATED 1/15/13 *CN THE CONSUMER STATED AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE THE GEARS WERE SHIFTING IMPROPERLY. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, IT WOULD ONLY GO IN REVERSE. UPDATED 1/24/2013 *JS
