Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ICONS AND BUTTONS THAT WERE USED FOR TURNING ON THE AIR CONDITIONING, HEAT, RADIO AND OTHER COMPONENTS WAS TOO HARD TO REACH. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT WOULD BE HARD TO SEE THE BUTTONS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. THE CONTACT WOULD FOR THE VEHICLE DESIGN TO BE CHANGED WITH SENIOR CITIZENS IN MIND. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 6,000 THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE. UPDATED 09/05/12*LJ
