Consumer Description

(1) THE CAR WAS PARKED, TURNED ON ENGINE, AND ATTEMPTED TO GO IN REVERSE TO PULL OUT OF PARKING LOT; HOWEVER, THE ENGINE JUST REVS. THE GEAR SHIFTS BUT WHEN IN REVERSE NOTHING HAPPENS. HAD TO PUT IN NEUTRAL AND PHYSICALLY PUSH THE CAR TO MOVE IT. (2) DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY THE ENGINE SPEEDS UP AND SLOWS DOWN. ****THIS WAS AN ENTERPRISE RENTAL, WILL BE RETURNING TO THE COMPANY TODAY, AND HAVE ALREADY NOTIFIED THEM OF THE ISSUE.. 844 W.
