Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT WAS TRAVELING 35 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A PILE OF ROCKS AND BOTH AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUFFERED A BROKEN NOSE AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SUFFERED A BROKEN ARM AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. THE POLICE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
