TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THE TAIL GATE DOOR WOULD OPENS BY ITSELF SPORADICALLY WHILE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 35,775.
